Once you submit your referral form, we will book a free 15 minute call to discuss your goals and needs. During this call, we’ll decide if we’re a good fit to work together.
Once we book your first session, you'll be prompted to complete the necessary paperwork. We will then set up a recurring weekly or bi-weekly appointment at a time that suits you best.
*Note: should it become apparent during our initial sessions that your needs are outside my specialty, I will guide you towards finding a clinician whose focus better aligns with your needs.

Research suggests that addressing acute symptoms like stress and anxiety typically requires a minimum of 15 to 20 sessions for significant improvement. For more complex, chronic issues like processing childhood trauma, the number of sessions can vary widely, ranging from 30 to 150. In my own practice, I've found that clients who see the most meaningful transformations are those who commit to a therapeutic journey lasting 1-2 years or more. It's important for anyone considering therapy to be fully aware of this commitment, both emotionally and financially.

Therapy and coaching are both professional services that can help individuals improve their lives, but they have distinct focuses. Therapy often deals with past trauma, emotional issues, and mental health concerns. It involves a deeper exploration of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Coaching is more future-oriented, focusing on goal setting and personal growth and provides in-depth accountability.
